  They lead me to believe I was on my way to getting a home. They lead me on for 2 weeks. I called everyday on my status and tried to do everything right. They told me all they needed was to verify my income. My employer was waiting for them to call back and they never did and gave the apartment to someone else. They completely put me out and basically charged me $20 to 'check my credit' but then screwed me over. For some reason they thought it was unacceptable Ive lived in a few different places. Which I also had to explain myself 2x about cause when I spoke with manager she asked me the same questions like the original agent never did her job. It's probably one of the worse situations I've ever been put in. I would never trust this company, do not rely on them. It's pretty important when you're dealing with someones living situation especially knowing they're a single mother. I just can't even believe it.
